And thats a wrap!!

Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann is done and dusted for 2018!

The Drogheda Fleadh Cheoil has been dubbed the most successful such event in recent years after attracting over half-a-million visitors!

It has also been revealed that over 25% of those who made their way to the week-long festival came from outside the State, and this was reflected in our volunteer team, with volunteers from the UK, Russia, France, Spain, Japan, Malaysia, the US and Saudi Arabia! We had around 600 Louth Volunteer Centre volunteers among the extended volunteer presence from other organisations such as the Red Cross, Order of Malta, and Civil Defense (to name a few). In total, around 1500 volunteers helped to make Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann Droichead Átha the success that it was.
