Coronavirus (COVID-19) words and terms explained in plain English


The National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA) has compiled the following list of words about coronavirus (also called COVID-19) with plain English explanations which might prove useful to many. We hear a lot of these words everyday on the news, radio, TV and online.

On Friday 14th our team surprised a number of Volunteers with Voluntine's treats to thank them for their contribution to their community.

Volunteers in organisations such as SOSAD; ALONE; Our Lady of Lourdes Meet and Greet team, MS Louth and Drogheda Pride were all nominated to receive a surprise, and they were surprised!!
